Ghana4All has signed a contract with Motion Consult Ltd. to build and manage a 3 Storey Office-Residential Complex with the under listed features and 3D graphical renditions. The Ground Floor has two open office spaces, 67m² and 33m² respectively, suitable for Mini Banking Halls with adequate Visitors Parking. Both lettable spaces are well shielded from the adjoining service areas on the same floor for added privacy and security. The First Floor features Three (3) offices (48m², 25m² and 20m² respectively) suitable for bank administration and corporate affairs. 4 One-Bedroom Apartments will be on the second floor, are designed and fitted to suit middle-class Business Executives, Newly Wedded Couples and Single Parents. Studio Flats on the third floor, will provide the privacy and ambience for a relaxing experience on a tour of Tema, the major harbor city in Ghana.
