Ken Dadson is the Business Development Partner of Ghana4All Ltd. He trained as a mechanical engineer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi between 1993 and 1998. Soon after his National Service as a Laboratory Assistant in 1999-2000, he began his entrepreneurial and business development career. Over the last decade, Ken has served in various capacities in the business development and management.

Ken Dadson trained as a Mechanical Engineer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi between 1993 and 1998. Soon after his National Service as a Laboratory Assistant in 1999 – 2000, he began his entrepreneurial and business development career.
Between 2001 – 2003 Ken undertook online courses in Business Development, Project Management and Strategic Marketing, a personal development program which stimulated his creativity and lifetime career in Business Development and Corporate Strategy.

Between 2004 – 2007 Ken became the Executive Director/ Local Business Development Partner of Ergon Limited, a Multi- National Company into the Production of Steel and Derivatives (Iron Rods, Wire, Nails, Fasteners, Roofing Sheet, etc.) Between 2008 – 2012 Ken led members of the Kumasi Scrap Dealers Association (KSDA) to adopt best practices in the mobilization and value-added processing of metal scraps with the Suame Magazine Artisanal Enclave. Under this action, the “Transportation Cost” for metal scrap from Kumasi to Tema (Sales Point) reduced by 45% (High Density Bales) with a corresponding increase in “Sales Point Value” of 30%.

Light Metal Scraps (Tins & Cans) which were not part of their mobilization activities, now became a “Bankable Commodity”, attracting Sales Point Value comparable to HMS 1 & 2.
Besides “Improving Sanitation”, this project enhanced the profitability of “Community-Based Scrap Dealership” and created employment for hundreds of “Migrant Fulani Women” and “Youth” living in Kumasi.

Between 2013 – 2015 Ken moved on after transferring the day-to-day management of the routine operations of KSDA to become a Business Development and Marketing Consultant of the Suame Magazine Industrial Development Organization (SMIDO). Under this role, Ken extended the “Industrial Best Practices Program” to other artisanal associations under SMIDO and consequently led to significant improvement upon product quality and marketability within the formal sector of Ghana and neighboring countries.

Between 2016 – 2018 Ken partnered with another Dutch Multi-National Company (Derco B.V), to study the local and West African markets for Plastic Conveyor Belts, for the food processing industry.
Over the period, Ken led the development of “Heavy-Duty Plastic Conveyor Belts- OreXtra™” for the local mining industry. Further development and testing of this new innovation is currently underway.
Presently Ken is Owner/ CEO of Scrap Factories Limited, with a core business of mobilization and value-added processing of recyclable waste;

Owner/ CEO of Jingles Ex-Change Securities, with a core business of facilitating trade in the Consumer Market Supply Chain;

Director/ Joint Venture Partner of Piscill World Limited, an Online Trading Company and Dealership id General Consumer Goods.

Business Development Partner of Ghana4All Limited, with a core business of Business Development, Project Management and Sourcing for Finance and Strategic Partners.
